Agile Sprint Challenge Game

A collaborative game simulating sprint execution with real-life blockers. Players use a Kanban board and dice to navigate challenge cards and complete backlog items together. Great for retros, onboarding, and maturity assessments. Suitable for small team (2-5 people).

Recommended: Small intro to Agile, sprints, kanban and backlogs. Beneficial if an experienced facilitator is present and the game is first played "raw" without too much guidance from facilitator and then second round, using Agile metrics and clarifying the goals of Agile and tactics for managing backlog and focusing on delivering customer value.
